Trucking Instructions

SPEED LIMIT / SPEED BUMPS

Please maintain a 10 mph speed limit while on the property to avoid any damages to equipment and to avoid causing loads to shift.

TRUCK PARKING

Truck parking is located in the northeast section of the lot. As you drive towards the north you will see a large yellow sign on the side of a trailer that reads, “TRUCK PARKING.” Please back in next to this trailer so that your truck is pointing towards Building B. From here you will see the sign over the door for "Main Office / Check-In.”

CHECK-IN

When checking in, please have your appointment number and/or PO number ready. Your dispatcher or broker was given this number. If it is not on the BOL, please call and get this in order to check-in. We are not authorized to load/unload you unless you provide the correct number.

DOOR ASSIGNMENT

Once we have confirmed your appointment number, you will be assigned a door. Depending on appointment times, you may go directly in a door, or be asked to wait in truck parking. If you are asked to wait in truck parking, we will get your phone number from you and call when your door is open.

COMPLETED DELIVERY

When the warehouse crew has finished loading/unloading your load and validating the product and quantities, you will be signaled to exit the dock door. Please return to truck parking and go back to the main office to get your signed bills. To alleviate congestion in the yard, please wait until you are parked in truck parking before closing your doors. Also, make sure you go to truck parking before going back to the main office for your BOL. This frees up doors quicker and keeps everything flowing quickly.

AFTER HOURS

If you arrive outside of normal business hours, please do not park on the street, in the driveway or in the Duenweg Fairgrounds driveway. Please be respectful of our neighbors. Below is a list of local truck stops. Please visit them for overnight parking. You may return at 7:00 am, when we open. NO EXCEPTIONS! Violators will be moved to the last appointment of the day.
